Ingredients
Sweet corn kernels – 2 cups
Butter – 1 tsp
Cumin powder – 1/4 tsp
Kashmiri red chilli powder – 1/4 tsp
Chaat masala – 1 tsp
Lemon – 1
Salt – as per taste
Method
- First of all, take sweet corn and take out all its kernels and store them in a big bowl.
- Now, put water in a vessel and heat it. Now add corn to this water and boil it.
- When the corn becomes soft, turn off the gas and take out the grains with the help of a sieve and keep them aside in a vessel.
- Now, put 1 teaspoon of butter in a pan and heat it on a medium flame.

- When the butter melts, add boiled corn to it and fry it on a medium flame while stirring for 2 minutes.
- When the aroma starts coming from the corn kernels, turn off the gas and take out the roasted grains in a bowl.
- After this, let them cool down. When the grains cool down, add red chili powder, cumin powder, and chaat masala to them and mix well.
- After this, squeeze salt and lemon juice as per taste and add them to the grains and mix.
- After mixing well, the tasty spicy corn chaat is ready. Serve it hot.
