Ingredients for Christmas Cake:
All-purpose flour – 1 cup
Sugar – 1/2 cup
Baking soda – 1/2 teaspoon
Baking powder – 1/2 teaspoon
Ghee – 1/4 cup
Milk – 1/2 cup
Vanilla essence – 1 teaspoon
Nuts and dry fruits (raisins, cashews, almonds) – 1/4 cup
Salt – 1 pinch
Cake Making Method:
Making a delicious cake without an oven and eggs is very easy, and it requires only a few simple ingredients. First, in a bowl, mix 1/4 cup of ghee and 1/2 cup sugar well until it becomes a smooth mixture. Mixing ghee and sugar will give the cake moisture and a light sweetness, making it incredibly delicious. Now add 1/2 cup milk and 1 teaspoon vanilla essence to this mixture. Vanilla essence will give the cake a good flavor and aroma.
After that, add 1/2 teaspoon baking powder, 1/2 teaspoon baking soda, and 1 cup all-purpose flour and mix well. Mix all these ingredients thoroughly to prepare a smooth batter. If the batter seems a little thick, you can add a little more milk. Now, add your favorite nuts (such as cashews, almonds) and dried fruits (raisins, pistachios) and mix gently again.

Next, grease a cake pan with a little ghee and pour in the prepared batter. Make sure the pan is well-greased so that the cake can be easily removed. Now, cover the pan tightly and place it in a large pot or pan (without an oven) and cook, covered, for 20-25 minutes.
