Chocolate Gujiya Recipe: As soon as the festival of Holi arrives, everyone starts thinking of different kinds of dishes, because dishes are made in every house in the city. The most important of these dishes is Gujiya.
Generally, Gujiya is made of Mawa, but if you want to make something new and tasty instead of the traditional Mawa Gujiya, then Chocolate Gujiya can be a great option. Especially children will like it a lot because it will have a special taste of chocolate. So this time on Holi, make Chocolate Gujiya, which the children will ask for again after eating it.

Ingredients to make Chocolate Gujiya
Flour – 2 cups
Ghee – 4 tbsp (for kneading)
Dark chocolate – 1 cup (melted)
Mawa – 1 cup
Sugar powder – ½ cup
Dry fruits – ½ cup (chopped)
Cocoa powder – 2 tbsp
Cardamom powder – ½ tsp
Milk – to seal the edges
Ghee for frying
This is the method
To make chocolate Gujiya, first mix ghee in flour and mix well, so that the kneading mixes well in the mixture. Now add water little by little knead a hard dough and keep it covered for 20 minutes.
Lightly fry mawa in a pan and add sugar powder, chopped dry fruits, cocoa powder, and cardamom powder to it. Mix it well and let it cool. When the mixture cools down, add melted dark chocolate to it and mix.
Roll out small balls of dough. Place the prepared chocolate mawa filling in the center of a rolled ball. Apply a little milk on the edges and close the gujiya properly. If you want, you can make a design by folding the edges slightly or pressing them with a fork.
