The taste of Chilli Cheese Naan served in hotels is quite amazing. Whoever eats it once never forgets its taste. It changes the taste of lunch or dinner. If a guest has come to your house and you want to feed him something special, then instead of roti or paratha, you can surprise him with hotel-style Chilli Cheese Naan. Its taste with paneer ki sabzi is enough to give a different pleasure to the person eating it. You can easily make it at home. Children, along with adults, will like its taste a lot. Ingredients

Flour – 1 cup
Curd – 1/2 cup
Cheese – 1 cup
Green chilli – 2 tsp
Ginger – 2 tsp
Black sesame seeds – 2 tsp
Onion – 1/2
Green coriander leaves – 3-4 tbsp
Baking powder – 1/2 tsp
Baking soda – 1/2 tsp
Sugar – 2 tsp
Desi ghee – 4 tsp
Salt – as per taste

Recipe

- First of all, put curd in a large mixing bowl. After this, add sugar, baking soda, a pinch of salt, and baking powder to the curd.

- Now beat the curd well with the help of a spoon. After this, add flour to the beaten curd and mix it.

- After this, add hot water as per requirement, mix it well, and knead the dough. After this, cover the dough and keep it aside for 2 hours.

- Now take another bowl and add grated cheese, ginger, finely chopped onion, and chopped green chilies and mix all the ingredients well.

- Then add salt according to taste. Now take refined flour and prepare balls of it in equal proportion. After this, take one ball and roll it like a roti.

- After this, place the prepared stuffing in the middle of the roti with the help of a spoon. Now close the stuffing from all sides.

- Before rolling the naan, put green coriander leaves and some black sesame seeds on it, and then roll it. Now take a non-stick pan/tawa and heat it on medium flame.

- When the pan is hot, sprinkle some water on it and apply water on one side of the naan and put the side with water on the pan and fry it.

- After frying the naan for some time, cover the pan and turn it over and fry it on direct flame of the gas.

- When the naan is cooked properly, remove the naan from the pan. Prepare all the chilli cheese naan in the same way.
