Onion - 1 large (cut into cubes)
Capsicum - 1 large (green, red, yellow; cut into cubes)
Green onion white part - 2 tbsp (finely chopped)
Soya sauce - 1 tbsp
Tomato ketchup - 2 tbsp
Red chilli sauce - 1 tbsp

Method:
First of all, add cornflour, flour, garlic paste, soy sauce, red chili powder, and salt in a bowl and prepare a thick batter by adding water little by little.
Now coat the paneer cubes well in it and deep fry them till they become crispy and golden brown. After this, take them out and keep them aside on tissue paper.
Now, heat oil in a pan or wok. Add garlic, green chili, and the white part of the green onion, and fry for a minute.
Now add the cubed onion and fry for 2 minutes. Then add capsicum and fry for a while (about 2 minutes) on high flame. Keep in mind that the vegetables should remain a little crunchy.

Then add soy sauce, tomato ketchup, red chili sauce, vinegar, sugar, black pepper powder and salt and mix well.
Now add some water to this mixture and let it boil. Keep stirring it continuously so that the sauce thickens.
When the sauce thickens, immediately add the fried paneer cubes and mix gently so that the sauce coats all the cubes. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and green parts of spring onion.
