It doesn't require much effort, and the result is just like a professional dessert. It requires just a little sugar, milk, bread, and custard powder. You can make it creamy or thick, depending on your taste. This dish is a great choice for any special occasion. Guests will surely love it.

Ingredients
Sugar
Bread slices
Milk
Custard powder
Dried fruits
Chocolate syrup
Recipe
First, caramelize 1/4 cup of sugar over low heat. Stir until it becomes golden brown and thickens. Once the caramel is ready, transfer it to a bowl. Trim the edges of the bread slices and cut them into small pieces.
This will give the pudding a smooth texture and enhance its flavor. Place the bread in a mixer jar.
Add 2 tablespoons of custard powder, 2 cups of milk, and 1/4 cup of sugar, and blend thoroughly. Ensure the mixture is smooth and creamy.
Pour the mixed mixture into a pan and cook over low heat. Stir constantly to prevent the mixture from sticking to the pan and thickening.
This process can be completed in 8–10 minutes. Once the thick mixture is ready, slowly pour it over the caramel and spread it.
In this step, ensure the mixture is evenly distributed so the pudding will look attractive once set.

Now, cover the pudding with aluminum foil and steam on low heat for 30 minutes. This step helps give the pudding a creamy and silky texture.
- After steaming, let the pudding cool slightly. Then place it in the refrigerator or freezer for 15–20 minutes to set completely.
- Now the caramel pudding is ready. Cut it and serve. If desired, you can make it more attractive by adding some dried fruits or chocolate syrup on top.
