Ingredients:

– 2 cups all-purpose flour

– ½ cup curd

– ½ teaspoon baking powder

– ¼ teaspoon baking soda

– 1 teaspoon sugar

– ½ teaspoon salt

– 2 tablespoons oil

– ¼ cup lukewarm milk

– 2 tablespoons finely chopped garlic

– 2 tablespoons butter

– Green coriander (for garnish)

Method to make butter garlic naan:

Prepare the dough: Add all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, sugar, and salt in a bowl and mix well. Add curd, oil and lukewarm milk and knead a soft dough. Cover it and keep it for 2 hours.

Prepare garlic butter: Heat butter in a pan and add finely chopped garlic and fry lightly. Keep it aside.

Roll the naan: Make balls from the prepared dough and sprinkle some dry flour while rolling. After rolling, apply some water on top and put it on the pan.
