If you get something tasty and quick to make for breakfast in the morning, then the whole day is made. If you are also bored of eating the same paratha every day, then you can try Chili Garlic Paratha. This paratha is not only easy to make, but its spicy and garlic taste will make your mouth water. Come, without delay, and know the easy recipe to make it.

For how many people: 2
Ingredients:
Wheat flour: 2 cups
Garlic: 8-10 cloves (finely chopped)
Red chili powder: 1 teaspoon (you can increase or decrease according to taste)
Coriander leaves: 2 tablespoons (finely chopped)
Cumin seeds: half a teaspoon
Salt: according to taste
Ghee or oil: for frying parathas
Method:
First of all, take flour in a large vessel. Add finely chopped garlic, red chili powder, cumin seeds, coriander leaves, and salt to it.
Now add water little by little and knead a soft dough. Keep in mind that the dough should not be too hard.
Cover the dough and keep it aside for 10-15 minutes so that it sets well.
Now make small balls of dough and roll them like round parathas.

Add some ghee or oil to a hot pan and fry the parathas on both sides till they become golden and crispy.
Your hot chilli garlic paratha is ready. Serve it with curd, pickle, or your favorite chutney.
