Starting your morning with a delicious and healthy breakfast can set the tone for your day. If you're tired of eating the same breakfast every day, this easy poha cutlet recipe is just for you. It's incredibly simple to make, and your family will love it.

Servings: 2
Ingredients:
Poha: 1 cup
Boiled potatoes: 2
Finely chopped vegetables: 1/2 cup (carrots, peas, bell peppers)
Onion: 1 small, finely chopped
Ginger-garlic paste: 1 teaspoon
Green chilies: 1-2, finely chopped
Coriander powder: 1/2 teaspoon
Cumin powder: 1/2 teaspoon
Red chili powder: 1/2 teaspoon (to taste)
Chaat masala: 1/2 teaspoon
Lemon juice: 1 teaspoon
Coriander leaves: 2 teaspoons, finely chopped
Salt: to taste
Oil: for frying
Method:
First, put the poha in a sieve and wash it thoroughly. Be sure not to soak it in water; simply rinse it and let it sit for 5 minutes to soften a little.
Place the boiled and mashed potatoes in a large bowl. Now add the softened poha and all the finely chopped vegetables (carrots, peas, capsicum, onion, green chilies).
Add ginger-garlic paste, coriander powder, cumin powder, red chili powder, chaat masala, salt, and lemon juice to this mixture.
Mix all these ingredients well and form a soft dough. Now shape this mixture into small cutlets or tikkis.

Heat oil in a pan. When the oil is hot, add the cutlets and fry them over medium heat until golden brown. Fry well on both sides so that they become crispy.
Your delicious poha cutlets are ready. Serve them hot with green chutney, tamarind chutney, or tomato ketchup.
