There is a lot of rush in the morning. In such a situation, it becomes difficult to find time to prepare breakfast many times. It seems that there should be something that can be prepared quickly, and everyone likes it. Now we are going to tell you the recipe for bread uttapam, a dish that can be prepared in 10 minutes. Ingredients
Bread Slices – 4
Semolina – 1/2 cup
Flour – 2 tbsp
Curd – 1/2 cup
Ginger Grated – 1 tbsp
Small Onion Chopped – 1
Capsicum Chopped – 1/2
Green Chillies Chopped – 2
Tomato Chopped – 1
Salt – as per taste

Method
- First of all, cut the edges of the bread. After that, apply water on the bread and make it soft. Now, make a paste by mixing semolina, curd, and a little oil.
- The paste should be such that it can be easily spread on the pan. When the paste is ready, add chopped vegetables to it.
- Meanwhile, keep the pan on the gas to heat it. Before pouring the batter into the pan, add salt to it at the end so that there is no extra water in the Uttapam.
- Now pour some oil on the pan. When the pan gets heated, pour the Uttapam batter on it. Now spread the batter in the same way as you spread the batter to make Cheela.

- When the Uttapam is cooked on one side, flip it in the pan. While flipping, add a little oil too.
- Keep it on the pan until the Uttapam is cooked well on both the sides. After it is cooked well, take the Uttapam off the pan.
- Now the Uttapam is ready. Serve it hot with sauce or chutney.
