Bhai Dooj Special Oats Halwa Recipe: The festival of Bhai Dooj isn't just about tilak (a mark of attachment) and sweets, but also about fostering love and strengthening relationships. So, this time, why not make something for your brother that's both delicious and healthy?

Instead of the heavy and sugar-laden sweets you can make, instant oats halwa is not only quick to prepare but also satisfying for both the heart and body.
