Dosa has made its special place everywhere as a South Indian food. Be it children or adults, everyone's face lights up on hearing the name of Dosa. Dosa is liked a lot in most of the houses. It can be made in many ways. Dosa is also prepared by mixing gram flour and semolina. Its taste is amazing. It can also be made and eaten for breakfast. It is very easy to make, and this dish is ready in very little time. If you also want to make it and have not tried it till now, then it does not matter. Ingredients

Gram flour – 1.5 cups
Rava – 1/4 cup
Rice flour – 1/4 cup
Ajwain – 1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder – 1/2 tsp
Turmeric – 1/4 tsp
Oil – 1/2 cup
Salt – as per taste

Method

- First of all, put gram flour in a mixing bowl. After this, add rava and rice flour and mix all three well.

- Now add turmeric, red chilli, and ajwain and mix. Then add salt to this mixture and prepare the solution by adding about 2 cups of water.

- Beat it well for some time so that there are no lumps left inside it. Now, prepare the solution in the same way as the dosa batter is prepared.

- Now, take a non-stick pan/tawa and keep it on medium flame to heat. When the pan gets heated, add some oil to it and spread it all around.

- When the pan gets heated well, pour the dosa batter in the middle of the pan and spread it.

- Now fry the dosa till it becomes crispy. After this, flip the dosa and roast it from the other side till it becomes crispy and golden.

- Gram flour dosa is ready. Similarly, prepare dosas with all the batter. Serve it with chutney.
