Ingredients
2 beetroot cut into small pieces
4 cups water
2 tablespoons mustard powder
Half a teaspoon of red chili
Half a teaspoon of asafoetida and black pepper
Salt
Method
- First of all, peel the beetroot properly and cut it into pieces.

- Now put it in a glass jar. Now mix the spices in it.
- Take two tablespoons of mustard for its masala and grind it.
- Now add mustard powder, red chili powder, asafoetida, and salt to the jar.
- You can also add black pepper powder as per your taste.
- Now put water in the glass jar cover it with a thin cloth and keep it in the sun for 3-4 days.
- Its color will change in a few days. Now you can serve it.
