Many people are fond of eating and drinking. They always want something different, or we can say that they are always looking for new tastes. Pancakes can be a good option as a sweet. However, some people like pancakes without eggs. In such a situation, today we have brought you the recipe for an eggless banana pancake. It is prepared very quickly. Garnish it with honey butter, jam, or your favorite fruits and eat it. Anyone will be tempted to see this special dish. Ingredients
Banana – 1
Maida – 3/4 cup
Wheat flour – 1/3 cup
Cardamom – 4 (coarsely ground)
Baking powder – 1.5 teaspoons
Sugar powder – 2 teaspoons
Salt – half of ¼ teaspoon
Ghee – 4-5 tablespoons
Milk – 1 cup
Method
- Take out the maida in a big vessel. Add wheat flour, sugar, salt, cardamom powder, and baking powder, and mix well.
- Now peel the banana, cut it, and mash it well. After this, add milk to it and add the mixture of maida and flour, and mix well.
- Mix it till the lumps of the solution disappear. Now add 2 teaspoons of ghee to this batter and mix well.
- The batter is ready, now keep it aside for 20 minutes. Now, place a non-stick pan on the gas. When the pan gets slightly hot, apply ghee to it and spread a big spoon of the batter on the pan.

- Spread it by pouring a little thick batter. Apply a little ghee all around the pancake. Bake the pancake on medium flame till it becomes golden brown.
- After this, bake the other side in the same way. Now take it out in a plate and bake the rest of the cake in the same way. Banana pancake is ready.
