People often crave sweets, but for health reasons, we want to avoid refined sugar and oily desserts. In such cases, coconut ladoos (sweet balls) can be a perfect choice.

Coconut is rich in fiber, healthy fats, and minerals, which provide sustained energy and improve digestion. The best part is that these ladoos are not only delicious but also healthy and incredibly easy to make. So, let's learn about two easy and healthy recipes for coconut ladoos.
Date and Coconut Ladoos (Sugar-Free Ladoos)
Ingredients:
1 cup desiccated coconut
1 cup dates (pitted)
2 tablespoons cashews or almonds (chopped)
1 tablespoon ghee
½ teaspoon cardamom powder
Instructions:
First, finely chop the dates or grind them into a paste in a food processor. Now, heat a little ghee in a pan, add the date paste, and sauté on low heat for 2-3 minutes. Now add the chopped dry fruits and half of the desiccated coconut. Mix everything well and let the mixture cool slightly. Shape the mixture into small ladoos and roll them in the remaining desiccated coconut.
Coconut and Milk Ladoos (Classic Healthy Option)
Ingredients:
2 cups fresh grated coconut
1 cup low-fat milk
3-4 tablespoons coconut sugar
1 teaspoon cardamom powder
1 tablespoon ghee
Instructions:
Heat ghee in a pan and lightly roast the grated coconut to remove the moisture. Now add the milk and cook on a low flame, stirring continuously. When it starts to thicken, add the coconut sugar and cardamom powder. Mix well and cook until the mixture is firm enough to form ladoos. Turn off the heat, let it cool, and shape into small ladoos.

Coconut ladoos not only satisfy sweet cravings but are also incredibly beneficial for health. Date-based ladoos are perfect for those who want to avoid sugar, while coconut sugar ladoos offer a healthy twist on the traditional taste.
