Ingredients

1 burger bun

1/4 cup boiled peas

1/4 cup boiled potatoes

1/2 cup flour celery

1 lettuce leaf

1/2 cup bread crumbs

4-5 onion rings

2-3 tomatoes cut into slices

Salt to taste

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1/4 teaspoon red chili

1/2 teaspoon coriander powder

2 tablespoons mayonnaise

2 tablespoons tomato sauce

1/2 teaspoon ginger garlic paste

Method

- First of all, put boiled potatoes, peas, ginger, garlic paste, salt, red chili, cumin powder, and coriander powder in a large bowl and mix everything well.

- Now make tikkis from this mixture, dip in flour slurry, coat in bread crumbs, and fry it in oil.

- Now mix mayonnaise and tomato sauce.

- Take a burger bun and apply mayonnaise and ketchup paste on both sides, put a lettuce leaf, and put the tikki on it.
