- Before making jalebi, you have to prepare the syrup. Mix one cup of sugar and one cup of water and cook well. - After this syrup is cooked, add 4-5 crushed cardamoms to it. Your syrup is ready.
- Now, to make jalebi, boil 3-4 medium-sized potatoes, peel them and then mash them well.
- After this, mix one cup of curd and one cup of arrowroot in the mashed potatoes. This paste should neither be too thick nor too thin.
- To bring color to the jalebi, you can mix 3-4 strands of saffron in this batter.

- Now heat desi ghee in a pan and make jalebi with this batter. As soon as the jalebi is cooked well, put it in the syrup without delay.
- Your jalebi is ready. Now you can serve the hot jalebi by taking it out of the syrup.
