If you are looking for some snacks to satisfy your hunger in the evening, then Paneer Schezwan bread roll can be an easy and tasty option. It is also very easy to make.

Serves: 4
Ingredients:
For stuffing
200 grams paneer (grated)
3 tablespoons Schezwan sauce
1 onion, finely chopped
1 capsicum, finely chopped
Green chillies
Salt to taste
1/4 teaspoon black pepper powder
1 tablespoon oil
2 tablespoons coriander leaves (chopped)
For making rolls
Cut eight slices of bread.
Water as needed (to wet the bread)
2 tablespoons refined flour
2 tablespoons water (to make a slurry)
Oil for deep frying
Method:
Heat oil in a pan, add onion and capsicum, and fry for two minutes.
Add green chillies, paneer, Schezwan sauce, salt, and black pepper and mix well.
Finally, add coriander leaves and turn off the gas.
Let the stuffing cool down.

Now cut the edges of the bread slices.
Sprinkle a little water on the bread and roll it with a rolling pin.
Place the stuffing in the middle and roll it tightly like a roll.
Apply flour-water slurry to close the edges.
Now heat oil in a pan.
Deep fry the bread roll till it becomes golden and crispy.
Your Paneer Schezwan Bread Roll is ready.
Serve hot Paneer Schezwan Bread Roll with tomato ketchup or green chutney.
