The method cybersecurity experts consider the most effective is called the passphrase method, or sentence-based password. People often forget their passwords while trying to create complex ones. A simple solution has been found. They suggest choosing a sentence. Let's say your favorite sentence is "I like tea every morning at 6." Now break it down and add letters, numbers, and special characters. For example:

This is the best way to create a password.
Initial letter technique: Take the first letter of each word (Mjhsm6bjeCphI)
Compound technique (complex): Combine words and numbers (Mujhe6BajeChai@PasandHai)
Pro level: With special characters (M@herSubah6BajeChaiPasandHai23)
The advantage of this is that you only need to remember your sentence; the password will automatically come to mind. However, for a hacker, it will become a puzzle and difficult to crack.
Golden Rules for Strong Passwords
Long Passwords: Passwords should be at least 12 to 16 characters long.
Variety: Make sure to include capital letters (A), lowercase letters (a), numbers (0-9), and special characters (@, #, $).
Repeat: Have a different password for each account (bank, email, Facebook), because if one is leaked, all will be at risk. Therefore, always keep them separate for all accounts.
2FA: Always keep two-factor authentication (2FA) enabled. This creates a second layer of security (OTP) after the password.
Use a Password Manager: Can't remember so many passwords? Use a reliable password manager like LastPass or Bitwarden.
How will hackers' tools be thwarted?
Look, hackers often use software that can try all the words and common numbers in the dictionary in seconds, but when you use a complete sentence (Passphrase), the chances become very low or even nonexistent. Even modern machines can take years to crack.
And a note:
These are the security rules, but there are other things to consider.
