It is lavished with a lot of love there. However, now it has become popular all over India, and people eat it with relish. You must have eaten Dosa, but have you ever tasted soybean Dosa? Ingredients
Soybean flour – 1 cup
Semolina – 2 tbsp
Ginger paste – 1 tsp
Red chilli powder – according to taste
Turmeric – a little
Salt – according to taste
Coriander leaves – 1/2 cup (finely chopped)
Oil – as required
Recipe
- First of all, mix soybean flour, salt, semolina, ginger paste, red chilli powder, turmeric, and coriander leaves in a bowl and mix well.
- After this, prepare the batter like dosa batter by adding water little by little and keep it on one side for 10-15 minutes.
- Now, to make dosa, heat a non-stick pan on the gas and put some oil in the pan and spread the oil all around.

- Now fill the mixture of that batter in a big spoon and put it in the middle of the pan and spread the dosa thinly on the pan by rotating the spoon in a circular motion.
- Pour some oil around the dosa with a spoon and fry it on both sides. Hot soybean dosa is ready.
