Making breakfast every day is quite challenging. The reason for this is that every member of the family wants something new instead of the same thing. Apart from this, lack of time in the morning is also a big problem. Everyone thinks of making something that can be prepared quickly. It should also be healthy. Today, we are going to tell you about one such recipe, the semolina cutlet. Anyway, nowadays, semolina is being preferred over flour and refined flour in food items. Semolina, which is also called Rava, is very light and does not cause any harm. Many types of sweet and salty dishes can be made from it.

Ingredients
4 boiled potatoes
Half a cup of semolina
Salt to taste
1 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp chaat masala
3 pinches garam masala
3 pinches black salt
1 tsp cumin powder
1 green chili
Half a teaspoon of ginger
Oil for frying
Coriander leaves
Recipe
- Grate the potatoes. Then mix all the spices into the potatoes.
- Put 1 teaspoon of oil in the pan. Add green chili and ginger to it.
- Now put the potato mixture in the pan. After this, add semolina in the pan.
- When the semolina is mixed well in the mixture, turn off the gas and let the mixture cool down.
- Now apply oil on the hand and give the potato-semolina tikki or cutlet a round or desired shape.
- Now heat oil in the pan and fry the cutlets. Take out the cutlets when they turn golden.
- Serve hot semolina cutlets with chutney or sauce.

- If you want to fry them without oil, make small balls of the semolina-potato mixture and place them in the appam pan.
- Flip after one side is cooked. Turn off the gas when both sides are crispy.
