The month of Sawan (Sawan 2025) holds special significance in Hinduism. In this month, Lord Shiva is worshiped, and many people also keep fasts, especially on Mondays. It is important to eat sattvik and nutritious food during the Sawan fast, so that the body gets energy and the digestive system also remains healthy.

Fruits
Fruits are the best option to eat during fasting, as they are nutritious as well as easily digested. Fruits like banana, apple, pomegranate, mango, and pear contain fiber, vitamins, and minerals, which give energy to the body. They can be eaten directly or can also be eaten by making fruit chaat.
Sabudana
