Parwal bharwa recipe: As soon as summer arrives, green vegetables start coming. People also make different types of dishes from these vegetables. Parwal also starts coming in this season. Parwal is used in other ways besides vegetables. So Today we are going to tell you about a new dish of parwal which you can also call parwal ka bharwa (stuffed parwal) or parwal ka magal.

Apart from vegetables, people also like to eat parwal by filling it with masala. Thick-sized parwal are good for making this dish. To make it, first, make a slit in the parwal from the middle. You can also cut the parwal from one side and take out its seed with the help of a spoon or knife.
After that mix coriander, cumin, and mild chili and grind it along with the seeds. After this chop the onion. Mix it with the ground masala and fry it well. Now wash that empty parwal thoroughly. After that fill it with masala.
Filter the spices in oil and take them out when they turn a little red. This dish is especially found in the Mithila region. You can eat it with both roti and rice. After eating it once, you may become crazy about its taste.
Let us tell you that Navgachiya is very famous for vegetables. Bhagalpuri parwal is in demand even abroad. Two types of parwal are produced here. Here one regha and one plain parwal are produced.

The plain one tastes the most delicious. The reason for this is that its upper layer is thin. Due to which it tastes delicious. You must have eaten parwal sweets, the method of making it is also similar, only this one is sweet and this one is salty. It tastes very delicious.
