If you're worried that your kids don't finish their lunch and insist on eating junk food from outside, we have a great solution for you.
Say goodbye to unhealthy food from outside and make crispy and tasty paneer nuggets right in your kitchen. This recipe is so easy that it won't take you long to make, and your kids will love it so much that their lunch will be finished in minutes.

Ingredients for Paneer Nuggets
Paneer: 200 grams (cut into small square pieces)
For the batter: 2 tablespoons flour and 2 tablespoons cornflour
For crunch: 1 cup breadcrumbs or crushed cornflakes
For flavor: 1/2 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
Spices: 1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder, 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder, a little chaat masala
Salt: to taste
Oil: for frying
Method for Making Paneer Nuggets
First, place the chopped paneer pieces in a bowl. Add the ginger-garlic paste, salt, black pepper, and red chili powder and mix gently. Let it sit for 10 minutes so that the flavor of the spices penetrates the paneer.
Next, combine the flour, cornflour, a pinch of salt, and water in a small bowl and prepare a thick batter. Make sure the batter is not too thin or lumpy.
Now spread breadcrumbs or cornflakes on a wide plate. Pick up each piece of spiced paneer, dip it in the flour mixture, and then coat it thoroughly in the breadcrumbs.
Heat oil in a pan. When the oil is medium hot, add the prepared paneer pieces. Fry them, turning them occasionally, until golden and crispy.
Drain the hot nuggets on a tissue paper to remove excess oil. Sprinkle a little chaat masala on top for a piping hot flavor.
If you want to avoid the morning rush, coat the paneer the night before and refrigerate it. Simply fry them quickly in the morning and pack them in your tiffin.

Your delicious paneer nuggets, just like the ones you buy at the market, are ready. Believe me, the joy on your children's faces when they open their tiffins at school will be worth seeing.
