Make perfectly crispy and cheesy Zingy Parcels in a kadhai—no oven needed; the recipe is incredibly easy..

Whenever we go out for pizza, we never forget to order 'Zingy Parcels'—but what if we told you that you no longer need to go out or order them to enjoy this treat?

Today, we are sharing a super easy recipe to make perfectly crispy and cheesy Zingy Parcels right at home. The best part is, you won't even need an oven. We’ll make them directly in a kitchen *kadhai* (wok/deep pan), and trust us, they will taste just like the ones you get at the store.

**Ingredients for Zingy Parcels**
**For the dough:**
All-purpose flour (Maida) – 1 cup
Yogurt (Curd) – 2 tbsp
Baking powder – ½ tsp
Baking soda – ¼ tsp
Salt – to taste
Refined oil – 1 tbsp
Water – for kneading the dough
**For the zesty stuffing:**
Paneer (Cottage cheese) – ½ cup (cut into small cubes)
Mayonnaise – 2 tbsp
Tomato ketchup – 1 tbsp
Chili flakes – ½ tsp
Oregano or pizza seasoning – ½ tsp
Garlic paste – ¼ tsp

Mozzarella cheese – ½ cup (grated)
**Other ingredients:**
Milk – 2-3 tsp (for brushing the parcels)
Butter – for brushing after baking

**Method for making Zingy Parcels**
In a large bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and yogurt. Mix everything well. Now, gradually add water and knead it into a soft dough. Finally, apply a little oil over the dough, cover it, and let it rest for 15 to 20 minutes.

While the dough is resting, let's prepare the stuffing. In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, tomato ketchup, garlic paste, chili flakes, and oregano; mix well. Add the small paneer cubes and toss gently so they are evenly coated with the sauce. Your delicious paneer stuffing is ready.

Place a heavy-bottomed pan (kadhai) on the stove. Place a steel stand or an inverted bowl inside it. Cover the pan securely with a lid or plate and let it preheat over low-to-medium heat for 10 minutes; this will serve as your 'desi oven'.
Take the prepared dough and divide it into small, lemon-sized balls. Take one ball and roll it out into a circle. Fold the edges inwards from three sides to form a triangle shape.

Place a spoonful of the paneer stuffing right in the center and top it with plenty of mozzarella cheese. Bring the three corners together to the center and seal them by dabbing a little water, ensuring the parcels don't open while baking.
Grease a steel or aluminum plate with a little oil or butter. Arrange the prepared 'Zingy Parcels' on the plate, spacing them out slightly. Lightly brush or dab some milk over the tops of the parcels; this ensures they develop a beautiful golden color after baking.

Carefully place the plate onto the stand inside the preheated pan. Cover the pan immediately and let them bake over low heat for 20 to 25 minutes.
Check the parcels after 20 minutes. If they have turned a lovely golden brown and the cheese has melted, turn off the heat.
And that's it—your piping hot, crispy, and cheesy Zingy Parcels are ready. Brush them with melted butter as soon as you take them out of the pan to give them a wonderful sheen and flavor.
