Audiences are eagerly awaiting Akshay Kumar and Priyadarshan's upcoming film "Bhoot Bangla." Recently, the film's release date was changed once again, and a new date was announced. Meanwhile, reports emerged that the script for "Bhoot Bangla" was originally written for "Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2." It was said that the old script for "Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2" had been rewritten for "Bhoot Bangla." T-Series, the production company behind the "Bhool Bhulaiyaa" franchise, has now responded to these rumors.
T-Series denies the reports.
According to India Today, T-Series stated that "Bhool Bhulaiyaa" is an important project for T-Series. Therefore, any use of its brand, name, or universe, directly or indirectly, will result in strict legal action. Directly responding to these rumors, T-Series co-producer Shiv Chanana stated that the studio is surprised by these speculations.
He said, "We have received some articles, but the truth is that we never received any script from Priyadarshan or his team to create a 'Bhool Bhulaiyaa' franchise. The claims that an old draft of 'Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2' was reused are completely false. 'Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2' and 'Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3' were created as original stories, with no connection to each other or to any of the previous scripts now being adapted."
Anything that happens will be done under our supervision.
The T-Series co-producer further stated, "This is our franchise. If anything needs to be developed, it will be done by us and under our supervision. That's exactly how 'Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2' and 'Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3' were created. I don't understand where these stories are coming from. That was never the case." "Bhoot Bangla" will release on April 10th. Directed by Priyadarshan, "Bhoot Bangla" stars Akshay Kumar alongside Vamika Gabbi, Tabu, and Paresh Rawal. The film's new release date was recently announced, with "Bhoot Bangla" scheduled to hit theaters on April 10th.
