Ingredients

Big square pieces of paneer – 20-25

Roasted gram flour – 1/4 cup

Ajwain – 1/4 tsp

Red chilli powder – 1 tsp

Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tbsp

Chaat masala – 1/2 tsp

Oil – as per requirement

Salt – as per taste

Method

- First of all, take paneer and cut it into 2-2-inch wide square pieces. After this, take a big mixing bowl.

- Add roasted gram flour, red chilli powder, ajwain, 2 tsp oil, ginger garlic paste, and salt, and mix well.

- Now add 3-4 tbsp water to this mixture and mix well.

- Now add paneer pieces to this prepared mixture, mix them lightly, and leave them for some time to marinate.

- Take a deep pan and heat oil on a medium flame. When the oil is hot, add some marinated paneer pieces and deep fry them.

- Fry the paneer pieces by turning them so that they are well-cooked from both sides and their color becomes golden.

- It will take 2-3 minutes for the paneer to be well cooked. After this, take them out in a plate.

- Deep fry all the marinated paneer pieces in the same way. Amritsari paneer tikka is ready. Place it on a plate and serve hot by sprinkling chaat masala on top.
