Saif Ali Khan was stabbed earlier this year. He has spoken openly about the incident. He revealed that he refused a wheelchair at the hospital after the attack. In a new episode of "Too Much" with Kajol and Twinkle Khanna, Saif also explained why he didn't take an ambulance after being discharged.

The name mentioned at the hospital caused an uproar.
Saif explained that he arrived at the hospital and asked for a stretcher instead of a wheelchair. He said, "We arrived at the hospital, and people in the emergency area were asleep. I asked a man, 'Can we get a stretcher?' He said, 'A wheelchair?' I said, 'No, I think I need a stretcher.' He refused. I said, 'Hey, I'm Saif Ali Khan. I have a medical emergency." This caused an uproar.
Saif didn't want to go home in an ambulance or wheelchair.
Saif explained why he felt it was better not to take a wheelchair or ambulance while returning home from the hospital. He said, "I was very bad, but everything was fine." They stitched it up, and I was there for a week. My back was fine, and it hurt, but I could walk. I didn't need a wheelchair. Then someone said, 'You should go in an ambulance,' and someone else said, 'You should go in a wheelchair.' I thought, why should I cause any panic or worry to anyone, family or fans?
Saif was stabbed
Saif was attacked at his home in Bandra, Mumbai, on the morning of January 16th this year. He was stabbed six times by the attacker, who was later arrested. The actor was immediately hospitalized and treated.
