Cooking dinner at night often feels like a big task, especially during the winter. Sometimes it's hard to decide what to make. If you're one of those people who often wonder what to cook for dinner, then we have the perfect recipe for you today.

Broccoli-Creamy Pasta doesn't require many ingredients or much preparation. This recipe, which uses minimal ingredients, takes only 15-20 minutes to prepare. So let's make creamy broccoli pasta.

Ingredients
2 cups whole wheat pasta
2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
Chopped onion
2 cups chopped broccoli
Salt to taste
¼ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
½ cup Italian creamy cheese
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
¼ cup plain Greek yogurt

Instructions
Boil water in a large pot. Add the pasta and cook according to the package directions. Drain the pasta using a large colander, reserving about half a cup of the pasta water.

Heat a large pan over medium heat and add the oil. Add the chopped onion and sauté for a few minutes. Now add the broccoli, salt, and crushed red pepper flakes, and cook until the vegetables are tender. Remove the pan from the heat.

In a large bowl, combine the cheese, yogurt, garlic powder, and the reserved pasta water. Mix well. Add this mixture to the pasta and broccoli mixture. Mix thoroughly. Cover and let it sit for 5 minutes. Garnish with herbs and serve.

Keep these things in mind:
Do not overcook the pasta. This will cause the pasta to stick together and you won't get the best results.

Do not overcook the onions and broccoli. Your entire dish will have a burnt taste, and all your effort will be wasted. One serving of this dish provides approximately 500 calories, along with 30-35 grams of fat and 16-17 grams of protein.

You can also sprinkle some Parmesan cheese on top if you like. This will make the dish even creamier and more delicious.
