Vikat Sankashti Chaturthi 2026: In Hinduism, Lord Ganesha is revered as the *Vighnaharta* (Remover of Obstacles) and the foremost deity to be worshipped. His grace eliminates hindrances arising in auspicious and ceremonial undertakings, while also bestowing success upon the individual. However, to receive the special blessings of Lord Ganesha, the *Vikat Sankashti Chaturthi* fast is considered exceptionally potent.

According to the *Panchang* (Hindu almanac), Vikat Sankashti Chaturthi is observed annually on the *Chaturthi* (fourth) Tithi of the *Krishna Paksha* (waning phase of the moon) during the month of *Vaishakh*. On this day, Lord Ganesha is worshipped with special rituals, thereby dispelling all obstacles encountered in life. Furthermore, the devotee attains liberation from difficult circumstances. Let us discover when this fast will be observed this year.
