While Ranbir Kapoor’s *Ramayana* teaser is currently creating quite a buzz, the teaser for Sanjay Dutt’s upcoming film, *Aakhri Sawaal*, was also released today. This teaser raises several questions while referencing various events that have unfolded in the country's history. Additionally, it offers hints regarding the film's storyline.
**What the Teaser Reveals**
The 1-minute, 52-second teaser opens with a voiceover by Sanjay Dutt. In it, he speaks about Dhrupad—Draupadi’s father. He recounts how Dhrupad sent his son, Dhrishtadyumna, to receive training from Guru Dronacharya in order to exact revenge for a past humiliation. Following this narrative, the teaser introduces Sanjay Dutt—who plays the role of a professor—and Namashi Chakraborty, who portrays the character of Vicky Hegde.
**Multiple Themes Explored in the Story**
*Aakhri Sawaal* tells the story of Vicky (Namashi Chakraborty), a young scholar whose academic dispute with his mentor, Professor Gopal Nadkarni (Sanjay Dutt), escalates into a televised confrontation. Drawing parallels with historical events, the story delves into themes such as generational divides and the pursuit of truth. At the core of the narrative lies the conflict between a *Guru* (mentor) and his *Shishya* (disciple)—a conflict that evolves into a larger societal debate. The teaser features references to several historical milestones, including the assassination of Mahatma Gandhi, the ban on the RSS, and the demolition of the Babri Masjid.

**Film to Release on May 8th**
In addition to Sanjay Dutt and Namashi Chakraborty, the teaser also offers glimpses of the rest of the film's cast. It features appearances by actors such as Sameera Reddy, Amit Sadh, Neetu Chandra, and Tridha Choudhury. Directed by Abhijit Mohan Warang, *Aakhri Sawaal* is slated for a theatrical release on May 8th. The film has been produced by Nikhil Nanda and Sanjay Dutt, while Puneet Nanda, Dr. Deepak Singh, Gaurav Dubey, and Ujjwal Anand serve as co-producers.
