Ingredients

Mushrooms – 250 grams
Onion – 3
Tomatoes – 4
Peas – 1/2 cup
Ginger finely chopped – 1 tsp
Cream – 1 cup
Ghee – 4 tsp
Cashew paste – 1/2 cup
Red chili powder – 1/2 tsp
Green chili finely chopped – 2
Garam masala – 1/2 tsp
Kasuri methi – 1 tsp
Salt – as per taste

Recipe

- First of all, take mushrooms and clean them thoroughly by putting them in lukewarm water. After this cut the mushrooms.

- Now take onion, tomato, and green chili and chop them finely. After this put ghee in a pan and keep it on medium flame to heat.

- When the ghee melts, add onion to it and fry it till its color becomes light golden. Now add chopped tomatoes, green chilies, and ginger to the pan.

- Fry this mixture for about 2 minutes. When the tomatoes become soft and are well-fried, turn off the gas and let them cool.

- After this, prepare a paste of this mixture with the help of a mixer. Now put oil in the pan and add cashew paste, peas, garam masala, red chilies, and salt and fry on low flame.

- When the peas are cooked, add tomato onion paste to it and let it cook for some time. When oil starts releasing from this paste, add chopped mushrooms to it and mix well.

- After this, add some water to this mixture, cover the pan, and let the Shahi mushrooms cook on low flame.

- After cooking for about 5 minutes on low flame, add 1 cup cream to it and mix well with the help of a ladle.

- To enhance the taste, add Kasuri Methi on it and mix it. Cook it for 1 more minute and then turn off the gas. Shahi mushroom is ready.
