Ravi Pradosh Vrat amidst two auspicious *Yogas*

*Indra Yoga* and *Sarvartha Siddhi Yoga* are forming on the day of Ravi Pradosh Vrat. Indra Yoga will prevail from sunrise until 10:05 PM, while Sarvartha Siddhi Yoga will be active from 7:34 AM until 5:40 AM on July 27. The best part is that both these auspicious yogas will coincide with the time of the Pradosh Puja. Any wish made while worshipping Lord Shiva during Sarvartha Siddhi Yoga can be fulfilled.

Can the Pradosh Vrat puja be performed during the day?
The worship of Lord Shiva associated with Pradosh Vrat cannot be performed during the day. This is a specific fast dedicated to Lord Shiva where the ritual worship is conducted exclusively during the *Pradosh Kaal*—that is, after sunset. Every devotee observing this fast is required to adhere to this rule.

The reason behind this is that on the *Trayodashi* (thirteenth day) of every month, Lord Shiva dances joyfully on Mount Kailash. When someone is in a joyful mood, whatever you ask of them is likely to be granted. Therefore, the Pradosh Vrat puja is performed in the evening so that a pleased Lord Shiva may fulfill your wishes. You may perform your regular daily prayers during the day, but the Pradosh Puja itself should be conducted in the evening.
