However, his wife, Radha Yadav, has addressed the speculation surrounding his stay in Tihar Jail. She has now clarified that the actor is still in custody and awaiting the next court hearing.

In a recent interview with the Bombay Times, Radha dismissed reports that the actor had already been released. These rumors spread after an old video of Rajpal thanking Salman Khan surfaced online, leading people to speculate that he had been granted relief.

Radha Yadav Provides Information
Radha Yadav stated, "As of now, he (Rajpal Yadav) has not been released from Tihar Jail. The bail plea hearing is scheduled for Monday (February 16th)." When asked about his condition, Radha said, "As far as I know, he is fine."

The actor will be released from jail soon.

Radha said with a hopeful tone, "We hope he will be released soon. That's all I can say for now. Once Rajpal ji is released, he will be able to speak to you and the media and provide further clarification on the matter."

Let us tell you that Rajpal Yadav is embroiled in a cheque bounce case of Rs 9 crore. In 2010, Rajpal Yadav took a loan of Rs 5 crore for his directorial debut film, 'Aata Pata Lapata'. Due to the film's box office failure, he was unable to repay the loan. The case reached the court. The outstanding amount, including interest, reached approximately Rs 9 crore. After being unable to repay the loan, he surrendered in Tihar Jail on February 5th and has been in jail since then.
