How are PM Kisan scheme installments released?

Each installment of the PM Kisan scheme is released at intervals of approximately four months.
So far, almost all installments have been released following this schedule.
For instance, since the 23rd installment was released in June, the four-month gap for the 24th installment concludes in October.

When might the 24th installment arrive?

Last year, the second installment of the financial year was released on November 19.
In contrast, the 18th installment was released on October 5, 2024.

Based on this, the previous installment was released sometime between October 5 and November 19.
Consequently, it is anticipated that the 24th installment could also be released on a date within this same timeframe.

There is also speculation that the Central Government might release the 24th installment before Diwali.
This is because the government could potentially offer the 24th installment as a Diwali gift to farmers.
However, official confirmation is still awaited.
