Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation Limited (IRCTC)—a Navratna Public Sector Undertaking under the Ministry of Railways, Government of India—has launched a new spiritual tourism package titled "Sapt Jyotirlinga Mahayatra" on its 'Bharat Gaurav Deluxe Tourist Train.' The journey begins in Delhi, traverses a sacred route covering Jyotirlingas across Madhya Pradesh, Gujarat, and Maharashtra, and finally returns to the capital. In essence, it offers pilgrims the opportunity to visit seven Jyotirlingas, ranging from Mahakaleshwar to Trimbakeshwar.

**Madhya Pradesh**
The pilgrimage begins in Ujjain, where devotees will visit the Mahakaleshwar Jyotirlinga situated on the banks of the Shipra River. After an overnight stay, the journey proceeds to Khandwa to visit the Omkareshwar Jyotirlinga, located on an island in the Narmada River. Subsequently, an overnight train journey takes the travelers to Dwarka in Gujarat.

**Gujarat**
The fourth day of the tour is spent largely on the train before it arrives in Dwarka, home to the magnificent Dwarkadhish Temple dedicated to Lord Krishna. After an overnight halt, the group visits the Rukmini Devi Temple, as well as the Nageshwar Jyotirlinga and Bet Dwarka, before boarding the train for the next stop: Somnath. Tourists will visit the Somnath Temple, the nearby Somnath Beach, and Bhalka Tirth—the site believed to be where Lord Krishna departed for the heavenly abode.

**Maharashtra**
The journey then enters Maharashtra, covering the Bhimashankar Jyotirlinga Temple near Pune. Moving forward, travelers will reach Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar to witness the architectural marvel of the Kailasa Temple at Ellora and visit the Grishneshwar Jyotirlinga Temple.

The final spiritual stop of the tour is Nashik, renowned for the sacred Trimbakeshwar Jyotirlinga Temple on the banks of the Godavari River and the Panchvati area. Following this, the train begins its return journey to Delhi, concluding a memorable and spiritually enriching tour.
