Who doesn't love sweets? Sometimes, after a meal, we get a sweet craving. Instead of eating unhealthy snacks, you can make some delicious sweets at home. Peanut barfi is one of these sweets.

Peanut barfi is as delicious as it is easy to make. If you want to make peanut barfi at home, let's learn its easy recipe.
Ingredients:
Peanuts - 2 cups
Sugar - about 1.5 cups (or to taste)
Water - 1/2 cup
Ghee - 2-3 tablespoons
Cardamom powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Milk powder - 1/4 cup
Silver foil - for garnish
Method:
First, add 2 cups of peanuts to a heavy-bottomed pan or wok and roast them over low heat until they become crispy.
When the peanuts are roasted and their skins begin to separate easily, turn off the heat and let them cool.
After this, peel the peanuts and discard them.
Now, put the peanuts in a mixer grinder and grind them into a fine powder. Be careful not to grind them too much, otherwise they will release oil.
Transfer this powder into a vessel, add milk powder and cardamom powder, and set aside.
Now, add sugar and water to a pan or wok and heat it over medium heat.
Let the sugar dissolve and bring it to a boil. We want to make a one-string syrup.
Check the syrup frequently. When the syrup becomes thick like honey and forms a string when held between your finger and thumb, it means it is ready.
When the syrup is ready, slowly add the peanut powder mixture.
Keep the heat low and stir the mixture continuously to prevent lumps.
When the mixture thickens and starts leaving the sides of the pan, add 1 tablespoon of ghee and mix well.
Cook the mixture until it comes together and resembles a kneaded dough.
Now grease a plate or tray with ghee.

Spread the mixture onto the greased plate.
Spread it evenly using a spatula or bowl. You can make the barfi as thin or thick as you like.
Add silver foil on top and cut it into diamond or square shapes.
Let it cool and set for about 25-30 minutes. Then serve.
