Do you also love the creamy and flavorful paneer butter masala that restaurants offer? If so, you don't need to go out anymore. We've brought you a special recipe that lets you make restaurant-style paneer butter masala at home. Yes, this recipe is very simple and won't take much time.

Ingredients for Paneer Butter Masala
First, it's important to have all your ingredients ready. You'll need about 250 grams of fresh paneer, two large onions (finely chopped), two tomato purees, 10-15 cashews, ginger-garlic paste, kasuri methi, and fresh cream. Adding some spices like cloves, cardamom, and cinnamon will enhance the flavor. Furthermore, soaking cashews in hot water and making a paste makes the gravy very smooth.
Give the gravy a velvety texture.
The real magic of paneer butter masala lies in its gravy. Heat some butter in a pan and add the spices. Then add the chopped onions and fry until they turn light pink. Add the ginger-garlic paste and tomato puree and cook well until the masala starts to release oil. Add the red chili powder, turmeric, and coriander powder. Once the masala is roasted, add the soaked cashew paste and a little water and cook on low heat for 5 minutes.

Butter, Cream, and Paneer
Straining the gravy once will give it a velvety texture. Return the strained gravy to the pan, add salt and a little sugar (to balance the flavor). Now, add the most important ingredients: plenty of butter and fresh cream, and mix well. Finally, add the cubed paneer and some crushed kasuri methi. Let it cook on low heat for 2 minutes, and your delicious 'Paneer Butter Masala' is ready. Serve it with hot naan, roti, or rice and enjoy the restaurant-like taste.
