Masala Shikanji: There is hardly anyone who does not like to consume cold things in the summer season. In this season, there are such beverages kept in the market as well as in homes, which provide coolness to the body. Many times there is a fear of getting sick due to the beverages available in the market. For this reason, people avoid consuming it a bit. But now you do not need to avoid it, because we will tell you the method of making Masala Shikanji at home.

Shikanji is an excellent Desi drink to cool the body and remove fatigue in summer. If you make Masala Shikanji at home, then there will be no chemicals of any kind mixed in it. In such a situation, you can drink it without hesitation. So let us tell you how to make Masala Shikanji at home.
Ingredients to make two glasses of masala shikanji
Lemon – 2
Mint
Roasted cumin powder – ½ tsp
Black salt – ½ tsp
Plain salt – as per taste
Black pepper powder – 1 pinch
Sugar – 1 to 1½ tsp
Method
To make masala shikanji, first, take out lemon juice in a bowl. After extracting the juice, remove the lemon seeds from it. After this, put the mint in the mixer and grind it.
When the mint is ground, take water in a jug and add lemon juice to it. After this, add ground mint and sugar to it and mix it. Stir it until the sugar dissolves.

When it dissolves completely, filter it in another vessel, so that the remaining elements of mint come out of it. Now it is time to add other things to it, so add black salt, roasted cumin powder, black pepper, and salt to it.
After mixing everything well, keep it in the fridge for a while. While serving, add ice cubes and garnish with some mint leaves. Now you can serve it.
