If you enjoy spicy and flavorful food, Spicy Red Sauce Pasta is an excellent choice for you. It is a wonderful blend of Italian and Indian flavors, featuring the tanginess of tomatoes, the heat of red chilies, and the taste of fresh vegetables. This recipe is a hit with both children and adults and can be served for lunch, dinner, or as an evening snack.

**Ingredients Required**
2 cups pasta
4 cups water
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon oil

**For the Sauce**
3 large tomatoes (pureed)
1 large onion (finely chopped)
1 capsicum/bell pepper (finely chopped)
4-5 garlic cloves (chopped)
2 green chilies
1 tablespoon tomato sauce/ketchup
1 teaspoon red chili powder
1 teaspoon Kashmiri red chili powder
1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder
1 teaspoon chili flakes
1 teaspoon oregano
Salt to taste
2 tablespoons olive oil or butter

**Method for Boiling Pasta**
First, bring water to a boil in a large pot. Add salt and a little oil to it. Add the pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes. Once the pasta is tender, drain the water and rinse the pasta with cold water to prevent it from sticking together.

**Method for Making Spicy Sauce**
Heat olive oil or butter in a pan. Add the chopped garlic and sauté until lightly golden. Add the onion and green chilies, and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Next, add the capsicum and sauté over high heat for a few minutes. Add the tomato puree and tomato sauce, then mix well. Cook the mixture for 5-7 minutes until the sauce thickens.

Now, add the red chili powder, Kashmiri red chili powder, black pepper, salt, chili flakes, and oregano; mix well. Let the spices cook for 2 minutes so their flavors blend thoroughly into the sauce. **Preparation Method**
Add the boiled pasta to the prepared sauce and mix well. Cook the pasta with the sauce for 2–3 minutes so that the spicy sauce coats every piece of pasta thoroughly.

If you prefer a spicier flavor, you can also add extra chili flakes or finely chopped green chilies.

**Serving Method**
Transfer the hot, spicy pasta into a serving bowl. Sprinkle some cheese, chili flakes, and oregano on top. Serve it with garlic bread, French fries, or a cold drink.
