**Kadha Recipes to Boost Immunity During Monsoon**
**1. Tulsi-Ginger Kadha**
This is one of the simplest and most effective *Kadha* recipes. Here are the ingredients and the method of preparation:
**Ingredients**
2 cups water
10–12 Tulsi (Holy Basil) leaves
1-inch piece of ginger
1 teaspoon honey
**How to Prepare?**
Add the Tulsi leaves and ginger to the water and bring to a boil. After about 10 minutes, once the water has reduced to half its original volume, stir in the honey and consume.
**Ginger, Tulsi, and Amla Kadha**
Consuming this *Kadha* provides an energy boost when the body feels fatigued. Here is the method for making this *Kadha* using ginger, Tulsi, and Amla (Indian gooseberry):
**Ingredients**
10–12 Tulsi leaves
1-inch piece of ginger
Pieces of 1 Amla
2 cups water
1 teaspoon honey
**How to Prepare?**
Combine all the ingredients in two cups of water and boil for at least 15 minutes. Finally, add the honey and consume the drink in the morning and evening.
**Mulethi (Licorice) and Tulsi Kadha**
Whether you need immediate relief from a cough and cold or want to boost your immunity, this *Kadha* can be beneficial. Here is the method for preparing the Mulethi and Tulsi *Kadha*:
**Ingredients**
1 tablespoon Mulethi (licorice root)
10–12 Tulsi leaves
2 cups water
1 teaspoon honey
**How to Prepare?**
Combine the Mulethi and Tulsi leaves in the water and boil thoroughly for 10–15 minutes. Afterward, add the honey and consume. Cinnamon, Clove, and Ginger Decoction (Kadha)
This decoction helps manage respiratory issues and infections while boosting immunity. Here is the method to prepare it:

Ingredients
3-4 cinnamon sticks
1-inch piece of ginger
5-6 cloves
3 cups of water
1 small piece of jaggery or 1 teaspoon of honey
How to prepare?
Add all the ingredients to the water and boil for at least 10 minutes. Finally, add the jaggery or honey; your decoction is ready.
