'Ikkis' is a biographical war drama based on the extraordinary life of Second Lieutenant Arun Khetarpal, a brave officer of the Indian Army. The film tells the story of this valiant soldier who was awarded the Param Vir Chakra for his exceptional courage during the 1971 Indo-Pak war. Notably, Arun Khetarpal was the youngest recipient of the Param Vir Chakra. The film is directed by National Award-winning director Sriram Raghavan and is scheduled to release in theaters on January 1, 2026.

He wrote that seeing Agastya on screen brought back a flood of memories from the past years – from his birth to his growing up. But apart from these emotions, he also openly praised Agastya's acting. According to Big B, Agastya's performance is mature, controlled, and completely immersed in the character. He said that Agastya has portrayed the character of Arun Khetarpal without any artificiality, which touches the heart.

Big B also said that when Agastya is in the frame, the audience involuntarily focuses only on him. According to him, this is not something said because of a family relationship, but an honest reaction from an experienced viewer. He also described the film's story, writing, and direction as almost flawless and said that after the film ends, one's eyes fill with tears of pride and joy.

The film will also feature Simar Bhatia alongside Agastya Nanda, who is actor Akshay Kumar's niece and is making her acting debut with this film. Additionally, the late actor Dharmendra will be seen in the film posthumously.
