Rashmika Mandanna was recently injured on the sets of her upcoming film, 'Mysaa'. As soon as the news broke, fans of the actress became concerned. Today, Monday, Rashmika herself shared an update on her health via a social media post, explaining how the injury occurred. She mentioned that this is the third time in a row she has sustained an injury.
**She said, "I need to realize I am not a machine"**
Rashmika Mandanna shared a post on her Instagram account, featuring a photo of herself along with a lengthy note. The actress wrote, "Hello guys! Getting injured really sucks, and I honestly hoped no one would find out. But anyway... sorry for being MIA, but I’m back now. This happened a while ago, and it’s my third injury in a row. I need to learn to treat my body like a human body, not a machine."
**Where is the actress injured?**
Rashmika Mandanna further wrote, "I’m not sure how to explain the injury exactly? (Let’s call in a biology teacher). Basically, there are four tendons on either side of the hip that connect the hip to the leg. Due to the injury, one of the tendons in my right hip got detached. It needs to reattach so I can lift my leg and do other things. I sustained this injury during a dance shoot for the film 'Mysaa'. It was definitely my most intense dance work to date."
**She said, "I was forced to take a break"**
Rashmika added, "But don't worry. There is pain, but it's not unbearable... so that's that... and I feel like God is saying, 'If it were up to you, you'd never take a break, so here... let me do it for you.' You know, all these injuries happened so suddenly. They were all bizarre accidents. What a coincidence." A forced break. However, I’m not complaining. I’m solving a lot of puzzles. I had no idea I was so good at them.
What is worrying Rashmika Mandanna?
After sustaining an injury, Rashmika is also worried about gaining weight. She wrote, "I’m trying my best not to gain weight, because I usually do intense workouts and running, which keep me in good shape. Now, I won't be able to work out or run for a while. If I can't work out, what will I do? I’ll just eat and turn into a 'dessert monster'... so, yeah. Anyway, that’s all... did I miss anything? Nothing, right? If there’s anything else, I’ll let you know soon. Don’t worry, everyone, okay? Sending you all lots of love."
