Actress and MP Hema Malini organized a prayer meeting for the late Dharmendra in Delhi on Thursday. The meeting was attended by many people from the political fraternity and the film industry. During the prayer meeting, Hema Malini shared many things related to Dharmendra, including one of his unfulfilled dreams.

Which of Dharmendra's dreams remained unfulfilled?

Getting emotional at the prayer meeting, Hema Malini revealed that Dharamji's dream of writing and publishing a book of Urdu poetry remained unfulfilled. She also mentioned her husband and veteran actor Dharmendra's poetic talent. She said, "Over time, a hidden aspect of his personality came to light when he began writing Urdu poetry. His special quality was that no matter the situation, he would recite a couplet appropriately. I often told him that he should write a book. His fans would have loved this book." He was very serious about this and was planning everything. But it remained incomplete at work.

Faced every situation together with Dharmendra
At the prayer meeting, Hema Malini further said, "The man with whom I played love in many films became my life partner. Our love was true, so we dared to face any situation. We both got married. He became a very dedicated life partner for me. He stood as a strong pillar for me. He stood by me every step of the way."

Political luminaries attended the prayer meeting.
Home Minister Amit Shah, BJP President JP Nadda, and several ministers attended Dharmendra's prayer meeting in Delhi. Kangana Ranaut and Ravi Kishan were also present. Hema Malini's daughters, Isha and Ahana, were also present at the prayer meeting.
