Today, we have brought you such a healthy and quick pizza recipe that will not only satisfy your pizza cravings but will also take full care of your health. Yes, we are talking about Oats-Vegetable Pizza, which will be so delicious that you will want to make it again and again.

Ingredients to make healthy pizza
For the base:
Oats: 1 cup (rolled oats or instant oats)
Curd: ¼ cup (thick curd)
Water: 2-3 tbsp (as required)
Salt: ¼ tsp
Baking soda: ¼ tsp
For topping:
Pizza sauce: 2-3 tbsp
Cheese: ¼ cup (cut into cubes) or grated mozzarella cheese (low fat)
Onion: ½ (thinly sliced)
Capsicum: ½ (finely chopped, any colour)
Mushrooms: 4-5 (cut into slices, optional)
Corn: 2 tbsp (boiled)
Black pepper powder: ¼ tsp
Oregano: ½ tsp
Chili flakes: ½ tsp
Olive oil: 1 tsp (for cooking)
Healthy Method to Make Pizza
First of all, grind the oats in a mixer and make a powder.
Add oats powder, curd, salt and baking soda in a large bowl.
Slowly add water and prepare a thick paste or dough-like mixture. It should not be too thin or too dry. Keep it aside for 5-10 minutes.
After doing this, heat olive oil in a pan. Then, add onion and capsicum and fry lightly so that their rawness goes away, but they remain crispy. If there are mushrooms or other vegetables, fry them too.
Now heat a non-stick pan and keep the flame low, then spread some oil on the pan.
Take a tablespoon or portion of the oats mixture of your choice and put it on the pan and spread it in a round shape (like spreading cheela). Do not make it too thick.
Let it cook on one side on low flame for 2-3 minutes, until it becomes light golden.

Now flip it over. Lower the flame further. Then spread pizza sauce on the cooked side.
Add chopped vegetables and paneer/cheese on top of it. Sprinkle black pepper powder, oregano, and chilli flakes on top.
Cover the pan with a lid and let it cook on low flame for 5-7 minutes, until the cheese melts and the base becomes crispy.
Cut the hot oats-vegetable pizza into slices and serve immediately.
