Rising crude oil prices and concerns regarding inflation are exerting pressure on gold prices. Gold and silver prices continue to witness fluctuations. Today, September 15, a decline in the prices of both metals has been observed in the global market. Let us take a look at the prevailing trends in the bullion market today.

**Price Drop in the International Market**
Prices for both gold and silver have fallen in the international market, specifically on Comex. According to Comex data—at the time of writing—gold prices dropped by 0.01%, reaching $4,351.60 per ounce. Meanwhile, silver prices fell by 0.29%, trading at $63.950 per ounce.
**What is the Situation in the Domestic Market?**
In the domestic bullion market, gold prices have seen an upward trend, whereas silver prices have declined. On the MCX, gold prices rose to trade at approximately ₹1.52 lakh per 10 grams. Conversely, silver prices in India fell, trading at around ₹2.32 lakh per kilogram.
**Prices on MCX**
Regarding the Multi Commodity Exchange (MCX), gold for December delivery rose by ₹260 by the time of writing, trading at ₹1,52,848 per 10 grams. Meanwhile, silver prices dropped by ₹489, reaching ₹2,32,457 per kilogram.
**Latest Rates in the Bullion Market**
As the market opened today, gold prices in India rose, while silver prices were seen falling. In this scenario, 24-carat gold is trading at around ₹1,52,020 per 10 grams, while 22-carat gold remains at approximately ₹1,39,352 per 10 grams. Meanwhile, 18-carat gold is trending near ₹1,14,015 per 10 grams. Additionally, silver prices in India were seen trading at approximately ₹2,32,340 per kilogram.
