DDA Housing Scheme: The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has presented an excellent opportunity for individuals in the low- and middle-income groups who dream of owning a home in Delhi. Under the DDA’s housing scheme, bookings for 2,516 LIG (Low-Income Group) flats in Narela have opened on a "first-come, first-served" basis. Notably, a substantial 25 percent discount has brought the starting price of these flats down to just ₹14.95 lakh; as a result, thousands of units were booked within just two hours of the launch.

Online bookings for these LIG flats—located in Pocket 3 and Pocket 6 of Sector G2, Narela—commenced on Tuesday. The scheme received an overwhelming response from the public, with all 2,516 flats being booked within the first few hours.
Key Features of the Flats
Following the 25 percent discount offered by the DDA, the prices for these 1BHK flats have become highly affordable.
Narela, Pocket 3: 1,020 flats available; Area: 49.90 square meters; Starting price (after discount): Approximately ₹15.01 lakh.
Narela, Pocket 6: 1,496 flats available; Area: 49.90 square meters; Starting price (after discount): Approximately ₹14.95 lakh.
Metro Connectivity in Narela
Infrastructure and amenities in Narela are set to expand rapidly. A proposal is in place to extend the Delhi Metro’s Red Line to Kundli in Haryana. This new 26-kilometer-long corridor will feature 22 metro stations, providing Narela with direct connectivity to key areas such as Ghaziabad, Natthupura, and Kundli. The DDA has constructed approximately 62,801 flats in Narela so far, of which over 31,000 have already been allotted. The remaining flats are being made available under a 'first-come, first-served' scheme.
How to apply online:
If you wish to book a flat under this scheme, you can do so via the official portal until January 31, 2027, by following the process outlined below:
