2-3 fresh cucumbers
1 teaspoon salt

Method
To make this, first wash the cucumbers thoroughly and cut them into small pieces. After cutting them, put them in a bowl, add salt and sugar, and mix well.
Set aside for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, drain the excess water from the cucumbers, add red chili powder, soy sauce, vinegar, and garlic paste, and mix well.
