Our country is no less in terms of food. There are countless dishes here that rule the hearts of people. Despite this, some foreign dishes have also been successful in making a place here. Right now we are talking about Chinese veg roll. Children will like this recipe a lot for breakfast or as a snack. Mixed vegetables, noodles, and sauce are used to make it. If you also like Chinese food, then you can try it at home. You must have enjoyed Chinese street food noodles and Manchurian many times, but try it this time. This dish will definitely stay in your mind due to its special taste.

Ingredients
Flour – 1 cup
Boiled noodles – 1 cup
Boiled potatoes – 2
Onion chopped – 1
Capsicum – 1
Chopped cabbage – 1/4
Chopped green chilli – 1 tablespoon
Chat masala – 1 teaspoon
Schezwan sauce – 2 tablespoons
Tomato sauce – 3 tablespoons
Cheese – 1/4 cup
Grated paneer – 1/4 cup
Oil – as required
Salt – as per taste
Method – First of all, put flour in a vessel. Add one spoon of oil, salt as per taste, and water, and knead it softly.
- After this, cover the flour with a cloth and keep it aside. Now take boiled potatoes, peel them, mash them, and put them in a mixing bowl.
- Now add chaat masala, chopped green chilli, and salt to the potatoes. After this, take the kneaded flour and make balls of it in equal proportions.
- After this, make thin rotis from the dough balls and fry them. Now, take a pan and add 1 tablespoon of oil to it and let it heat on a medium flame.
- When the oil is hot, add finely chopped onion, cabbage, capsicum, and fry till soft.
- It may take 3-4 minutes for the vegetables to become soft. Now add boiled noodles, black pepper, and salt as per taste and fry.

- After this, take them out in a vessel and keep them aside. Now take a non-stick pan/tawa and fry the flour rotis by applying a little oil in it.
- After this, place the roti on a flat surface and add Schezwan sauce, boiled potato mixture, noodles mixture, grated paneer, cheese and tomato sauce in it.
- After this, roll the rotis. Then wrap the roll in aluminum foil. Similarly, prepare rolls with all the rotis and stuffing.
