In the rush of mornings, we all want something quick to prepare, delicious to eat, and healthy. If you're bored with the same regular poha, upma, and parathas, today we've brought you a completely new and excellent recipe.

This recipe is Apple Yogurt Pancakes. Yes, these pancakes will be loved not only by children but also by adults. The mild sweetness of apples and the creamy taste of yogurt create a magical effect that will leave the eater licking their fingers.

The best part is that you won't have to spend hours in the kitchen making these. It's healthy because we'll use wheat flour instead of refined flour.

Ingredients for Apple Yogurt Pancakes
1 cup wheat flour
1 peeled and grated apple
1/2 cup fresh yogurt
2 teaspoons honey or jaggery powder
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon powder
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
A little butter or ghee (for baking)
A little milk as needed (to set the batter)

Method for Making Apple Yogurt Pancakes
First, combine the wheat flour, baking powder, and cinnamon powder in a large bowl and mix well. The cinnamon aroma will give the pancakes a bakery feel.
Now, add fresh yogurt, grated apple, and honey to the same bowl. Mix everything well with a spoon.

The pancake batter should be neither too thick nor too runny. If the batter seems too thick, add milk little by little to form a smooth batter.

Now, heat a non-stick pan or tawa on the stove. Grease the pan with a little butter or ghee. Now, pour a tablespoon of batter onto the pan and spread it into a light round shape (it should not be as thin as a pancake).
Keep the flame on medium. When small bubbles appear on the pancake and the edges are slightly cooked, carefully flip it over. Bake the other side until lightly golden and crispy.

Your hot and super healthy apple yogurt pancakes are ready. Transfer them to a plate. If you like, you can drizzle a little more honey on top or serve them garnished with chopped almonds, walnuts, and fresh fruit.
